Logistic information

Please keep in mind that the organizer is NOT responsible for your room and meal reservations. You will need to book your own room and plan your lunch and dinner.

The Verdi Budapest Aquincum Hotel is offering special rates for the event, both for rooms and for lunch buffet. All information will be provided via a link to the hotel on our webpage (or a special code for prebooking room can be sent on request later.)

For info:

The special rate for single occupancy room is 135€ (Breakfast included)

A Classic Room can have 2 single beds and can be shared by two persons from the same organization or agency if they want.

The special rate for double occupancy room is 150€ (Breakfast included).

Important information from IACIS

The IACIS Europe Training event will take place in Budapest (Hungary) the 12-23 October 2026.

BCFE Training fees are: 4,800 Eur per participant (+ VAT where applicable)

VAT rules: French VAT at the standard rate of 20% applies to all private individual registrations and French entities.

For entities established outside France, invoices may be issued without French VAT only when a valid VAT number, TIN or EIN is provided. Reverse charge by the recipient in accordance with the applicable provisions of the French General Tax Code (CGI): Article 283-2/283-3 for EU entities or Article 259-1 for entities established outside the EU.

Payment MUST BE RECEIVED at least 30 days prior the first day of class (before September 12, 2026)

The class is starting Monday 12 October 2026 at 08:00

On-Site check-in for BCFE class is on Monday 12 Oct. between 07:30-07:50 at Verdi Budapest Aquincum Hotel.

Classes begin at 8:00 AM and conclude at 5:00 PM each day, with a one-hour lunch break. Class will end at 12:00 PM on the last day.

Students are required to attend all sessions to successfully complete the program. Students who fail to meet the attendance requirements will not be issued a certificate

Information regarding the payment methods

By using the 'Register' submit button below, your registration data will be recorded by WINDIFE the European Local Partner of IACIS who is organizing this event.

The registration will be only confirmed/validated after the payment is received by WINDIFE.

If the payment is not made at least 30 days prior the start of the class (i.e. before 12 September 2026), then your registration for the IACIS BCFE class will be cancelled and the application data erased without any obligation from the organizer to inform the student.

After your application is submitted (by using the 'Register' submit button below), you will receive an email informing you that the registration process has been completed and you will receive a few days later an invoice with all information for the payment method.
